Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)
Main Duties:
Reporting to the Restaurant/Bar Coordinator or Food & Beverage Manager and under the supervision of th eRestaurant/Bar supervisor, this position handles Food & Beverage payments from guessts. It achieves customer service excellence and mitigates risk by focusing on guest satisfaction and accurate, rapid payment processing. Responsibilities include; Processing payments for food and beverages, quickly and accurately. Doing a final service quality check with guests, referring service issues to others as appropriate. Selling entertainment tickets and maintaining salees records. Responding to general inquiries.
