POSITION AND SCOPE
As a key member of Envirotecs Business Development team, you will be committed to enhancing Envirotecs client relationships and growing our market share. You will be relied upon to source new business with prospective and existing clients and will instill confidence in our customers that they are dealing with the industry leader. The chosen individual will thrive in this challenging, competitive, ever-changing business environment.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Proven business development experience in a competitive, demanding business sector
-Experience in the waste management industry a definite asset
-Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through and client relations
-Class 5 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Seek out business development opportunities with new and existing clients
-Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings
-Represent the company in a professional manner at all times to ensure every opportunity is taken to promote our services
-Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between our customer and operational staff
-Provide market intelligence in regards to competitors and pricing strategies
-Formulate growth plans and strategies to meet business development targets
