Southern Plains Coop at the Gainsborough location invites applications for the position of clerk.

This position reports to the General Manager.

Duties:
- To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude
- To be dependable for all scheduled shifts
- To provide outstanding courteous customer service
- To become familiar with all lines of merchandise
- General Housekeeping duties for shop and key-lock
- Placing orders for merchandise and stocking of products
- Receiving of merchandise
- To operate point of sale terminal and prepare daily cash up
- To be familiar with and adhere to Gainsborough Co-operative policies and procedures
- Safety
- Other duties as assigned

Applicants must possess a positive, ambitious attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills. They must be willing to participate in all necessary training programs. Must be flexible in hours worked. Must have means of transportation.
