Job Description:     REPORTING TO THE FACILITY MANAGER/DIRECTOR OF CARE/NURSING UNIT MANAGER, THE REGISTERED NURSE A/RPN IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING A HIGH STANDARD OF PATIENT CARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VISION, MISSION AND
PHILOSOPHY OF THE PRINCE ALBERT PARKLAND HEALTH REGION. THE REGISTERED NURSE A/RPN HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR
THE ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF COMPREHENSIVE CLIENT CENTERED CARE.


Required Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Valid Class 5 drivers license

Must be RN. 94.24 hours in 4 weeks. Must be willing to work night shifts in CEC, therefore requires training in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, CTSK, TNCC. Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.
