Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
Provide quality member service in the daily processing of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and utility payments,
Analyze members needs and then present and promote the sale of Credit Union products and services which meet those needs,
Act as a first point of contact for all members, directing them to the appropriate service provider.
As the successful candidate you:
Are outgoing, personable and work great in teams,
Have completed grade 12 and have a minimum of 1 year of job related experience,
Offer proven dedication to providing quality member sales and service,
Are detail orientated and have excellent communication skills.
Previous credit union or financial services experience is preferred. Knowledge of credit union products and services, computer literacy, cash handling experience and displayed dedication to on going self-development would all be assets.
This is a part time position, which requires the successful applicant to work 2 days per week (30 hours bi-weekly) and additional hours when required.
