The Dr. James W. Hemstock Assissted Living Residence is Lloydminster's premier, private retirement community providing 'assisted living' for seniors.

We are currently seeking a Life Enrichment Manager. This is a permanent, full time position.

    Under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for planning leisure and recreation programs that meet the needs of the residents, and maintaining a liaison with the community.
    Maintains appropriate department records including assessments and evaluations of planned programs.
    Maintains effective communication and good relations with residents, families and staff through appropriate lines of communication.
    Recognizes safety hazards and assists in maintaining a safe, neat, clean environment for residents and staff. It is every employees responsibility to report any unsafe work condition immediately.  
    Will have training in a field related to health care and gerontology. He/she will have experience in social services, recreation or a related discipline.
    He/she will be an innovative, creative individual with a keen interest in senior citizens and a proven capability of relating well to residents, their families, volunteers and the community at large.
