Kelly Panteluk Construction Ltd. is hiring for three positions that would involve operating packer, water truck and laboring as needed for our Highway 39 Twinning project. Start date is immediate and wages start at $18.00/HR or higher depending on experience. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week, with the average work week ranging from 50-70 hours weather dependent. Passing a drug and alcohol test is required as a condition of employment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively rely instructions to all fellow workers, foremen and supervisors
- Must be able to listen and carry out instructions diligently, asking for further instructions when needed
- Operate equipment in a productive manner and always reflecting on a safe work plan when engaging in tasks
- Participate in jobsite labour if required
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when required, typical days are 10 to 12 hours long
- Valid drivers license; and
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test upon employment and if required throughout the duration of employment.
