Ability Development Services is in need of a DIRECT CARE WORKER for our Sask Day/AB Employment Program.

Our candidate must be service oriented, flexible, patient and caring.  Experience working with people with disabilities, including various behaviours would be an asset.

This is a casual position and the hours of work will be primarily 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday with some evenings/weekends - pending program needs.

Qualifications:
- Disabilities Studies or Rehab Diploma preferred (Equivalencies Considered).
- Personal Care responsibilities required.
- Behaviour Management experience an asset.
- Job Coaching Skills an asset.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certificate required.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License & Vehicle required.
