Description

The Role.
The focus of the work is on the development of valuation reports for private sector clients.  This involves establishing the cost for the reconstruction of existing buildings, for insurance placement. Note that a large component of this role is the costing process.  

The Requirements.
    University Degree in a complementary discipline.
    Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Construction, Finance or a related field.
    Appraiser designation or candidate Member with a willingness to obtain an ASA or AACI designation.  
    Previous appraisal experience, construction experience or an understanding of building design and infrastructure is an asset.
    Working knowledge of financial definitions and applications preferred.
    Valid Drivers License, clean driving abstract and access to safe, reliable transportation.
    Willingness to travel to client sites, including extended stays and international travel.
    Bondable with a clear criminal background check.
    Valid passport, or able to attain a passport.
