Description

FYidoctors  Saskatoon  Atrium on 1ts, located in Saskatchewan is currently seeking a full-time PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE.

This position will be Monday to Saturday, with some evening and weekend shifts. Anywhere between 30 - 40 hours. This individual should be willing to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates that love working with people and who can provide exceptional patient care to our customers.

As a Patient Services Representative your role will include front desk duties (greeting patients, scheduling appointments), billing; follow-up patient care, setting and achieving sales goals, helping patients with frame selection, repairs, and adjustments, and offering in-depth knowledge of our products while providing excellent client service.  As well as maintaining a clean and organized office space, receiving and maintaining inventory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, strong computer knowledge to work efficiently with electronic records and clinic management software; excellent organizational skills and able to respond quickly to changing priorities; knowledge of routine eye care, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a person who is independent and mature.

No experience necessary, willing to train the right candidate.
