FCL invites applications for the position of Ag Equipment Manager in our home office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The Ag Equipment Manager will establish the long term Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) vision for Ag Equipment, including developing the roadmap and strategy to execute on the vision. They will communicate the vision and strategy with internal and external stakeholders in a clear manner that results in buy-in and ensure sustainable long-term growth for the portfolio. They will lead the budgeting, procurement and marketing of Ag Equipment products in the CRS. They will analyze markets and competitive information to coordinate and issue booking and marketing program offers to Co-op retails. They will foster trusting and productive supplier relationships in order to negotiate terms, programs and price structures. They will coordinate Ag Equipment training for Crop Supplies Region and Agro Logistics employees and will ensure effective communication of FCL programs, product information and supplier information to maximize retail sales and customer service in the purchase of Ag Equipment.

The successful candidate will have a University degree in Business or Agriculture, with a preference for Marketing and 8+ years of combined experience in agricultural sales, purchasing or marketing, which would include 3+ years of management experience. Certified Professional Purchaser considered an asset.
