SCARLET is the latest in the Carvers family of brands following in the footsteps of the very successful Carvers Steakhouse and 6Twelve Lounge concepts.    Our vision is to be the best in creating memorable, customized experiences for our guests. In doing so we must ensure our structure supports a strong collaborative Management Team to lead a dynamic group of individuals.

We require a full time supervisor to support the Manager in bringing this vision to life amongst the service team.  

The individual must be upbeat, positive, highly motivated, and exude professionalism at all times.  The supervisor must lead by example and join the Management Team in mentoring service associates to share in the same commitment to deliver the highest level of food and drink quality all while doing it in a fun, upbeat environment.

Qualifications:
    1-2 years food and beverage experience in a high volume full service restaurant
    Previous Supervisory experience is a definite asset
    Professional appearance, excellent communicator, positive attitude, engaging personality
    Motivated, driven, organized, dependable and flexible
    Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
        Must have flexible availability to work varying shifts (mornings, eves, weekends)
