The applicant must be organized, able to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and have proficient written/oral communication skills. Job Duties will include SGI Issuing, invoicing, bank deposits, e-mailing/scanning, filing, pick up/sort the incoming & outgoing mail, maintain inventory of office supplies, answer phone/relay messages, general cleaning of office, special duties and other projects as needed. No prior insurance experience required. The position will be 3 days a week, 8:30am to 5pm. Benefits and RRSP incentive. An interview will be conducted with qualifying applicants.
