Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent full time position of HR Collaboration Analyst based in downtown Saskatoon. In this role you will support Leadership teams in all respects of people initiatives, thrid party contract performance and you are responsible for providing guidance of HR and IT Control & Governance processes and procedures.


Job responsibilities for the HR Collaboration Analyst job are as follows:

*Identify, direct, and monitor the people management process and practices within IT including resource capacity analysis.

*Build relationships with IT leaders and key stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness of people management including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding.

*Provide guidance and support of HR and IT Control & Governance processes and procedures to ensure alignment.

*Monitor and support all processes to ensure smooth collaborations across teams.

*Support team leaders in their responsibility to ensure transitions, training and certification updates are completed.

*Work with Leadership and C&G Manager to assess I.T?s vision in relation to its customer service approach and delivery methods to customers.

*Other duties as assigned.


To be considered for this job opportunity, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce or Technology with a minimum of 7 years directly related experience.
