Job duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Monitor food store operations and activities on an ongoing basis, ensuring standards are excellent and appropriate at all time.
Prepares work schedule for the restaurant staff to ensure adequate staffing
Delegating tasks to staff in regards to the activities needed to be completed in the store.
Responsible in resolving customer complaints and concern.
Train team members in safety and sanitation procedures
Ensure that all restaurant equipment and gadgets are in safe and working condition
Take good care of maintenance and repair of equipment
Ensure quality food and service standards are met
Maintain a safe and clean establishment in compliance with the restaurants safety regulation.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in food services industry with previous supervisory experience
Proven leadership and problem solving skills
Solid understanding about sales and profit
Passionate for people and service excellence
Working knowledge of POS system
