INFO Immigration Centre for Application is currently looking for an self-motivated and enthusiastic cook for a restaurant
Job duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Responsible for preparing and cooking the food on the menu according to the standards
Checks ingredient quality and amounts in a recipe prior to preparation ensuring freshness
Coordinates with other team members to ensure that all products are produced and sorted in a timely manner
Prepares and handles food following stringent food safety practices.
Documents all information required to assess food temperature and food quality. Ensures that all products are labeled with appropriate expiry date.
Estimates the food costs and proper proportioning to reduce food waste.
Cleans and sanitizes storage areas, food processing area and equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Several working experience as commercial cook
Flexible in the work schedule
Reliable and eager to learn
