M & M Motor Products, a leading provider of service maintenance programs, to the automotive industry and are consistently rated as one of the top Wynns brand distributors in Canada. We supply service maintenance chemicals, equipment and profitability tools to automotive dealerships and independent service centers across Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta.
We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the unique role of outside Account Representative and Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase sales through direct selling, demonstration, account development and problem solving.
Manage, service and grow an existing customer base.
Generate profitable revenue growth through new account development.
Demonstrate the quality, application and reliability of service products and equipment with a focus on helping customers become more productive and profitable.
Develop, coordinate and conduct account training for the established customer base.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in an automotive dealership Service Department is preferred
Automotive knowledge and sales experience is an asset
Outgoing personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Willingness and ability to prospect new business
Proficiency with computers.
Out of town travel required on a regular basis
Current valid drivers license is required
Training and Development:
The successful candidate will receive excellent product and technical training as well as in-field training.
Additional support is available from our suppliers including a Research and Development Department, Customer Service operation and National Training team.
