Kelly Services is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist who is motivated, professional, with an outgoing personality for a contract position with our client here in Saskatoon.
General Job Responsibilities:
-Answer multiple incoming lines with multiple extensions
-Take messages and transfer calls on a computerized phone system or multi-line switchboard
-Type up correspondence letters
-Sort and distribute mail
-Well versed in MS Word and Excel
-Excellent presentation, professionalism and customer service
Required qualifications include:
- Ability to read, write and speak French and English fluently; must be willing to undergo evaluation
- Work related experience in an office environment; must be comfortable answering up to 5 incoming lines
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Willing to be Security Cleared
