Kelly Services is currently searching for Outdoor Labourers for a contract assignment starting as soon as possible. If you like to work outdoors in a farm-like environment and do some working out while working then we want to hear from you!
Our customer is looking for capable individuals who like working outdoors and are physically fit. The work is tough as you are outside in a kneeling and bent position pulling weeds and other various duties in their work fields.
Labour experience in an outdoor environment is an asset. Must be able to endure the outdoor conditions of the sun and working in a field. Must be physically capable to work in a crouched or kneeling position for the entire work shift.
It is a role ideal for people that like that outdoors and physical work.
The qualified candidates will have the following qualities:
Able to work outdoors and be on feet for the entire shift
Good tenacity
High interest in crop labour
Independent Work Ethic
Superb Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Attention to Detail
Ability to Learn Quickly
