INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is looking for dynamic and experienced individual who is very passionate in cooking.
Job duties responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Prepare and cook food in a timely manner while maintaining a high quality of food to customer
Adhere to recipes and portion sizes and plate presentation to meet the restaurants standard.
Stocking fridge and freezers to ensure the stocks are adequate
Maintain product storage in a safe and efficient manner
Follow food safety guidelines and procedures
Responsible for ensuring the kitchen is well-kept to maintain high sanitation.
Occasionally prepare special meals for people with food allergies or food restrictions
Collaborate in a team with other cooks
Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store
Several years of commercial cooking experience are required.
