Cheyenne Motor Products is currently hiring for the position of Service Advisor / Appointment Coordinator.
The successful candidate will posses the skills necessary to complete the following duties.
-Day to day appointment scheduling
-Booking and confirming service appointments with customers
-Coordinating parts orders with service appointments
-Work order invoicing
-Accepting customer payments
-Executing Customer retention programs
-Other administrative duties as required
This is a high energy position that requires the successful applicant to possess the following skill sets.
-Communicate well with customers and other employees
-Organizational skills necessary
-Computer knowledge necessary
-Experience with administration considered an asset but not necessary
-Experience with electronic invoicing systems considered an asset but not necessary
