Cupboard Brothers Cabinet Factory is offering a full time Sales Manager position to candidates who are experienced friendly, motivated, organized, detail oriented and most of all, who possess great people skills and are goal oriented. The Sales Manager is required to build a profitable client base in the home builder and multi-family project sector. Marketing and business development to further grow the company.
Key Job Functions:
-Source new customers and create relationships with prospective buyers;
-Manage sales team to meet sales objectives;
-Prepare designs, estimates and quote proposals
-Complete sales cycle by presenting bid to client, negotiating terms and conditions to close sale, prepare job profile and scope of work and maintain regular contact with client regarding outstanding bids;
-Maintain high customer service by providing ongoing customer contact and follow up on customer concerns;
-Ensure project profitability by quoting product, terms and delivery within company specifications;
-Review all designs, estimates and contract produced by other sales staff; ;
-Ensure lead times are attainable by providing information to operations;
-Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and report to owners;
-Attain and assign volume objectives by identifying, qualifying new buyers and maintaining relationships with current accounts;
-Account planning to meet projected targets.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years outside sales experience, proven sales record and a sound knowledge of kitchen cabinet project sales;
-Strong background and history of quickly gaining credibility, fostering, managing and maintaining client business relationships;
-Must have a passion for sales and be self-motivated and disciplined with a high level of detail along with superior verbal written communication and organizational skills;
-Approachable, positive demeanor with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
