Facility: DR FH WIGMORE REGIONAL HOSPITAL
Job Description: Responsible for identifying opportunities and leading the integration of medical services and flow of patients for the Inpatient Medical Unit.  Also responsible for developing a collaborative relationship with the Director ER, Medicine and ICU to support continuing improvement process.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
3 - 5 years Nursing

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to respond effectively and tactfully to sensitive inquiries or complaints
Ability to be proactive and creative in decision making
Ability to ensure establishment of appropriate standards, policies and practices
Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and clients
Other Information

Must demonstrate initiative and be self-motivated
Several years of management experience
Lean Leader certification is an asset.

Expected Start Date: October 3, 2016
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
37.50 hours per 1 week rotation
