We are Northern Saskatchewan's largest one stop bridal supplies & formal wear store and we are seeking an excellent Sales Manager for our store.

We are looking for an energetic, confident and efficient manager, preferably with a fashion retail background although experience in bridal and evening wear is not essential. You will be a proud brand ambassador for Unique Weddings so you will be confident, well spoken and immaculate at all times.

You will have at least two years previous management experience and a proven sales track record.  You will be profitable in your approach, excel in people management and ensure that Unique Weddings consistently delivers both in terms of service and sales performance.

You will be ready for every challenge that comes your way by leading your team by example by showcasing your fabulous customer service skills and driving sales within the store to inspire and motivate your staff. You will have strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and experience of successfully working to sales and profit targets.

Full training will be given but we expect that you will bring energy, passion and enthusiasm to this role.

Excellent salary plus commission for the right person

Position is full time and will include most Saturdays.
