Our client, a leader in the home building industry, has a wonderful opportunity for a qualified Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team.
If you enjoy dealing with people, working as a team and providing administrative support as the company's front-line representative, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities include:
Reception
- Greet clients and incoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Respond to telephone enquiries, relay messages and provide general information about the company and services.
Administration
- Provide administrative support in the areas of word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, typing up quotes, basic accounting support and managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier.
- Assist with social media updates to the company website and social media avenues.
- Support the Construction Supervisor in redirecting service enquiries.
- Support the Sales Team Manager in coordinating sales and service enquiries as well as creating sales posters and brochures.
- Monitor/assist other team members with clerical and administrative tasks, arranging travel, meetings, etc.
- Represent the firm and interact with employees, clients and visitors in a professional and confident manner.

Education & Experience:
- Grade 12. Office Education is an asset.
- Relevant administrative/reception experience in an office environment.
- Experience in the home or building construction industries is an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
- Experience with Photoshop and social media/website updates is an asset.
