Alltech Mining & Forestry Supplies Ltd. is a Canadian based company located in the North Industrial area of Saskatoon. Alltech stocks virtually all the everyday consumable items that are used in the Mining, Forestry, Geological and Exploration industries.
At this time we are currently recruiting a full time Administrative Assistant with strong customer service abilities. The successful candidate should possess great attention to detail and be highly organized. The individual must be comfortable working with computers and various software applications; as well as providing high amounts of customer service to clients, in person, by email and phone. They will need to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience; as well as interest in Sales is considered an asset.
Website design experience is preferred but not required.
Job Requirements
Must have a clean criminal background
Must be Bondable
Must have experience working with computers (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, etc)
Must speak fluent English and be able to communicate effectively with staff, management and customers
Must have strong reading/writing skills and be able to perform basic mathematical skills
Must have the ability to prioritize based on company objectives
Must be able to multi-task
Must be self-motivated and able/willing to learn and gain product knowledge
Website design experience is preferred but not required
