Description

Duties and responsibilities:

-    Assist in the day to day operation and training in Sewing, RecyclAbility Enterprises, Eco-Centre, Plant Maintenance, and Recycle Depot
-    Provide training and guidance to adults with varying abilities
-    Assist clients to meet their training plans and goals
-    Support the clients to ensure that the objectives of the area are met
-    Monitor the production areas during supervisors absence
-    Provide hands-on production alongside clients
-    Ensure proper quality control of products, safety and efficiency

Qualifications:
Education:
-    Grade 10
-    Valid Class 5 drivers licence.
Experience:
-    One-year experience in related field
Skills:
-    Ability and interest in working with persons with disabilities
-    Effective communication and organization skills
-    Customer service

The final candidates are required to provide satisfactory police record checks including the vulnerable sector.
