Anderson Pump House is looking for a motivated, outgoing person to join the team as Office Administrator in our Prince Albert location. If customer service is one of your passions, and you prefer an environment that is always active and lets staff enjoy their workdays, we are the company for you!
Anderson Pump House, is one of the largest distributors of water/wastewater systems in Saskatchewan.
You must be a customer-focused individual who can develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as communicate and work effectively with peers and management. You need to be an outgoing and charismatic person who can work alone or with direction. You must enjoy dealing with the public and also appreciate the challenge of duties that require detailed accuracy.
As Office Administrator, you will report to the Office Manager and will be cross-trained on all functions within that area. This position is the first impression customers have with Anderson Pump House, both on the phone and in person. This is regarded as a very important role within the company, and is recognized as such with appropriate compensation. Administration duties include performing daily receipting of all customer payments, the monthly statement run process in Sage, and maintenance of customer account records. Answering the telephone and providing information/assistance to callers and greeting customers are an integral part of this position along with many other responsibilities. Providing great training to staff is a high priority for Anderson Pump House, so although computer experience is a must, on-going customized software training will be provided.
