Description

Bourgault is looking for a Millwright to join our Maintenance team at our main production facility in St. Brieux, SK. This position is responsible for working as part of a team to  perform general plant maintenance, including preventative maintenance and required repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and successfully complete preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs to equipment that experienced unplanned down time
- Document issues and suggest solutions to improve the overall performance of the equipment
- Keep equipment in a ready for use state by proactively addressing potential future issues

Qualifications:
- Journeyperson certification
- In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication equipment (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, forklifts, etc.)
- Effective problem solving skills, including a high degree of analytical thought and creativity
- Good understanding of electrical systems/electronics
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, and Project)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Positive attitude showing a strong desire to learn and improve and the flexibility to work on a wide variety of tasks
- Willing to do shift work, including night shift
