Atha Hotel o/a Ramada Carlyle is looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager
We are looking for candidates, who can work permanent, full-time; however,
We also encourage part-time candidates to apply.

Wage: $35.60/hr based on 36-40hr/wk with paid 5.9% vacation fee

We are looking for an experienced, resourceful, hands on Facility Maintenance Manager to perform all functions necessary to ensure that all building systems; Candidates should meet requirements:
-    Completion of a college or university program in electrical or mechanical engineering or
Technical training combines with building maintenance experience
-    At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in facility maintenance field

Main duties;
-    Oversee and assure the facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
-    Keep and update equipment and facility records and procedures
-    Direct the maintenance and repair of Ramada Carlyles machinery, equipment and mechanical system
-    Manage Ramada Carlyles maintenance department, contracts for supplies and service
-    Develop and implement safety inspection procedures
-    Co-ordinate cleaning, snow removal and landscaping
-    Plan and manage maintenance budget
-    Hire and manage supervising staffs

Candidates are willing to work on weekend or overtime, it is necessary
