We are seeking a casual/ part-time Receptionist for our Regina Clinic. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to deliver exceptional service as part of an award winning team.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Some overtime may be required occasionally.
Reporting: The Receptionist will report directly to the Branch Manager in Regina.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
- Check clients into the clinic for Drug & Alcohol Testing or Medical appointment.
- Taking payment for service.
- Prepare medical paperwork for appointments.
- Send medical paperwork and or Fit Fir Work documentation to clients.
- Electronic Filling of medicals
- Order supplies as directed
- Administration support as assigned.
Skills:
- Must have good management skills regarding task planning and organizing.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Desire to meet high standards of performance.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
- Good computer skills-MAC computers at all stations
- Desire to work in a team environment.
- Able to work with combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service capacity is an asset.
- Medical office, Audiometric training, Drug & Alcohol training would be an asset.
- Retired Nurse looking for something to do within medical field would be an asset.
- Must have valid driver?s license (travel may be required infrequently).
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED IN-HOUSE AT NO COST.
