Educational Assisant - Temporary
Waldeck School  

September 1, 2016 - June 28, 2017

Chinook School Division is seeking an Educational Assisant for Waldeck School from Sept. 1, 2016 to June 28, 2017, This position will be full time (30 hrs/week) from September 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016 and part time (24 hrs/week) from November 1, 2016 to June 28, 2017.

Desired Qualifications:    
-Education Assistant certification or early childhood training
-Ability and experiences in working with students
-Ability to participate in physically active situations
-Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment
-A positive and flexible attitude to change
-Interview will be required

Duties (may include but are not limited to):
-Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required
-Willingness to assist with all aspects of the program, including supporting goals of child development
-Willingness to support students within the classroom environment and one-on-one
-Transporting students as required
