Responsibilities:
-Receive messages and transfer calls on a computerized phone system
-Excellent presentation, professionalism and customer service
-Sending and responding to professional email messages
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Other clerical/administrative duties as required
