Description

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Document Control Assistant Associate in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Document Control Assistant role, you must be able to proofread documents, to verify information with the Project Manager at site, and to upload documents to a Document Management System. Our client offers a friendly work environment and training.

Document Control Assistant Responsibilities:
- Ensure that provided technical documentation are provided
- Ensure quality of information are correct and verified
- Maintain Log-Files to ensure project progress
- Work as Administrative Assistant for the Project Manager at site

Document Control Assistant Qualification:
- secondary education completed or equal work experience in the field
- Knowledge with Microsoft SharePoint
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and also a drug test

Please be aware that this position is 1 hour away from Regina; Shuttle Bus in the early morning hours from Regina North available.
