Description

The Studio Associate is responsible for effectively contributing, on an individual and team basis, to the profitable operation of their assigned studio. They must strive to execute the vision and overall business strategy of Photos Unlimited to drive sales and increase probability.

Responsibilities:
-Partner with the Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve quarterly and annual Studio operating plan goals
-Meet and/or exceed individual sale goals established in the operating plan
-Partner with Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to complete required training within specified guidelines and continually work to improve individual skills
-Effectively contribute to the studio culture, focusing on increasing sales, maintaining positive employee morale, and providing exceptional customer experience
-Ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively executing the Portrait Studio brand photography and sales process
-Comply with Photos Unlimited and Host Store policies and procedures
-Demonstrate a strong committed to the company?s core values
