Customer Service and Sales Associate - TanFX Stonebridge
TanFX Stonebridge is currently looking for highly motivated, energetic and friendly individuals to become sales associates and certified tanning consultants. TanFX takes great pride in offering a spa like atmosphere combined with exceptional customer service and high cleanliness standards. We hire courteous, friendly, conscientious and dedicated staff and provide training and certification in all aspects of our industry.
Shifts Available:
Full and Part Time
Weekday Evenings Monday to Friday - 3:00-9:00 pm
Saturdays 9-6 and Sundays 12-5
Occasional evening/weekend shift coverage
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team you will assist with overall coordination of studio operation, client education, product and services sales and education, keeping up the cleanliness of the studio, and consistently delivering a high energy approach to the customer experience.
Job Duties Include: greeting clients with your outgoing personality, assigning clients to sunbeds, providing product knowledge, sales of tanning products and services, answering phones, scheduling and confirming client appointments, opening and closing routines and related administrative tasks, keeping all areas of the studio clean, including tanning rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements:
Customer service and sales experience - must be able to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds and all ages
Excellent communication skills
Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
Able to maintain excellent client relations
Basic computer knowledge; point-of-sale systems an asset.
Clean and polished with a professional demeanor
Excellent phone manner
