Are you up to the challenge of working in a fast paced medical office? Our client is seeking a Medical Office Assistant who is well organized with exceptional communication skills. This individual will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs. This individual must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times. Daily responsibilities would include managing a number of phone lines, transcription, scheduling appointments, filing, handling mail, data entry, typing as well as other front office duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized with client service being a priority. The role works internally with both management and other office staff on a daily basis. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Salary starts at $14-$18 depending on experience.
