Description

- Perform chemical application tests and analysis at customer sites and provide recommendations.
-introduce products to customers through technical discussions and presentations.
- Make regular customer visits to run trails, give technical assistance and write technical reports, as required.
- Investigate/troubleshoot in a timely and efficient manner customer complaints and/or concerns.
- Participate in sales and technical meetings with customer and colleagues.
- Work with Account and Area Managers in preparing chemical application value proposition bids.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal team members and support staff.
- Adhere to Clariant's H&S program guidelines including government H&S legislation and regulations.
