Adecco is currently hiring for temporary Experienced Administrative Assistants in Saskatoon, SK.
We are looking for experienced individuals to represent Adecco in various office environments throughout Saskatoon. Candidates much be adaptable, dependable, and show initiative. To qualify for these positions you must have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience with other software will be considered an asset. Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients in a positive and professional manner
- Basic reception duties such as phones, mail, and filing
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Basic accounting including invoicing, A/P and A/R
Qualifications:
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM; will be tested on typing speed
- 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite is a must; other software experience is an asset
- Experienced data entry proving efficiency and accuracy
- Positive attitude, flexible, and willing to learn
- Experience with SAP is desired
