Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent full time position of IT Collaboration Partner based in downtown Saskatoon, SK. This job opportunity is with one of Saskatchewan's largest and most successful companies and this role supports the Business Unit in all respects of people initiatives and team collaboration.  

In this role you will support Leadership teams in all respects of people initiatives, third party contract performance, and you are responsible for providing guidance of HR and IT Control & Governance processes and procedures.

Job responsibilities for the IT Collaboration Analyst role include, but are not limited to:

-Provide guidance and support of HR and IT Control & Governance processes and procedures to ensure alignment.
-Build relationships with IT leaders and key stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness of people management including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding.
-Monitor and support all processes to ensure smooth collaborations across teams.
-Support team leaders in their responsibility to ensure transitions, training, and certification updates are completed.
-Work with Leadership and C&G Manager to assess I.Ts vision in relation to its customer service approach and delivery methods to customers.
-Assist with the coordination and administration of vendor and consulting contracts/service agreements.
-Compile and maintain key information and act as an internal point of contact for information and guidance on contract administration, and contract performance.
-Other duties as assigned.

To be considered for this job opportunity, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Technology with a minimum of 5 years directly related experience.
