On behalf of our client, an industry leading Wholesaler and Distributor of premium Wood Solutions, we are in search of a career minded individual for the position of Sales/Management Trainee.

This unique position, based out of Saskatoon, allows the individual to grow and learn the business from various perspectives. This includes warehouse level product knowledge, to inside sales operations, to outside sales, to eventually business management.

This position does not require prior wood products knowledge however does require:

A keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
The willingness to go and get the business
An actions speak louder than words attitude.
The willingness to learn.
100 % fluency in English
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to take and implement constructive criticism
Have an open mind, a sense of humor, and an easy going demeanor

Salary will commensurate with experience, and a bonus plan is available once the candidate moves into the sales role.

A valid class 5 drivers license is required, and you must be eligible to work in Saskatchewan.
