INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is recruiting looking for an outgoing and eager food service supervisor
Job duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Manage and assist the activities of the food service attendants;
Create and effectively implement work schedules
Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently;
Establish procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations;
Oversee the inventory and stocks used in preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Apply health and safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and safety at work
Requirements:
Several years of experience as a food service supervisor or related field
Strong verbal and written English skills
Can work in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure.
