Description

Position Summary:
-Field QC is responsible for troubleshooting, optimization and quality control for hydraulic fracturing chemicals
-The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, is highly motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to analyze and develop creative solutions to challenging problems is essential.
-The candidate would preferably live in SE Saskatchewan or Medicine Hat, Alberta

Primary Responsibilities:
-On-Site quality control testing of hydraulic fracturing fluid
-Troubleshooting and chemical changes
-Basic water Analysis
-Sand sieve testing
-Record and report data

Desired Skills and Experience:
-Lab technologist or BSc. Chem would be preferable
-Class 5
-H2S and First Aid
-Excellent presentation, communication and scientific documentation skills. Experience with Microsoft word and excel is an asset.
-Work well in team environment and possess the interpersonal and communication skills needed to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
