Melfort United Church is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to fill the permanent part-time position of Office administrator. Hours of work and wages are negotiable.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Some post-secondary training
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Experience with Simply Accounting
- The ability to work with little or no supervision
- The ability to assist a wide variety of people
The position includes:
- Receptionist duties
- All manner of written office communications
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank deposits
- Other duties as assigned by the board

- Prepare invoices and bank deposits
