The Martensville Messenger is a weekly local newspaper located in Martensville, Saskatchewan
Specific Duties:
Writing for editorial features
Originate & develop suitable editorial material for publications with your team
Contacting and performing client interviews face-to-face as well as phone interviews
Attend weekly city council meetings
Represent the Messenger at various functions, news events
Important Attributes:
Creative, passionate, pro-active
Very organized & able to multi-task
Good communication skills
Knowledge of computers, emails, etc.
Photography expertise is an asset
Must be able to have flexible hours and available on short notice
Salary - negotiable
