Within this group, S3 Enterprises provides specialty services including leadership and finance to the other business units. The Chief Financial Officer works as part of the executive team to ensure that all financial information and systems are accurate, timely and in keeping with corporate objectives across all business units.
The successful candidate will be a values-driven, results focused leader capable of auditing financial results and successfully coaching administrative and accounting employees at all levels. Experience within the manufacturing industry would be an advantage. In addition to excellent communication skills, our Chief Financial Officer requires:
At least 5 years previous accounting experience
At least 5 years previous experience of supervisory or management skills
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.
Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and concepts.
Understanding of overhead allocation and product line costing.
Ability to ask critical questions, verify data, follow instructions, and employ business reasonable judgment.
Proficiency with accounting software, MRP or ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including higher level skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
