Applications are invited for a permanent part-time (25%) Educational Assistant I position at Kennedy Langbank School commencing as soon as possible. This position will work an equivalent of 1 hour and 32 minutes per day.
  
Kennedy is located on Highway No. 48, approximately 200 kms south-east of Regina.  Kennedy has a long and interesting history that dates back to the settlement of the area in 1883. It is well-known for the Moose Mountain Rodeo. Amenities include a post office, bank, bar/restaurant, store and two parks.
  
The Educational Assistant is responsible for ensuring safety, providing personal care and learning assistance for intensive needs students under the direction of the classroom teacher and student services teacher.  Preference will be given to applicants who have experience with cognitive behavioural issues, as well as personal care responsibilities.  Starting wage is at Step 1 - $19.07 per hour.
