Maintenance Programmer - Saskatoon
As a maintenance programmer, you will work with Insightrix development team deploying software upgrades, QA testing, and performing bug fixes. You will be servicing existing systems with tens of thousands of users, so your work needs to be accurate, quick, and of high quality. The areas you service will vary from very simple to tremendously complex, so real world experience is only trust worthy ally.
You will be taking direct technical support questions from end clients, so your communications skills need to be extremely well honed. You have no trouble communicating effectively and fluently with end clients, whether over email or over telephone. As well, you are able to take complicated concepts and break them down into simple examples that end users can easily understand.

Requirements:
Demonstrable real-world experience.
Experience working with SVN.
Experience in object oriented PHP.
Experience in MySQL.
Experience with AJAX techniques.
Motivated, self-starter.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with linux administration such as auditing log files, setting up cron scripts, and setting up virtual hosts.
Experience with debugging software in a LAMP environment.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Assets:
Experience managing software with a large user base.
Direct experience working with internal or external clients.
Experience supporting iOS and Android apps through API development.
