Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the District Manager to develop and effectively execute a quarterly and annual Studio operating plan
* Meet and/or exceed sales and profit goals established in the quarterly and annual studio operating plan, as well as other key performance standards
* Partner with District Manager to staff assigned studio with high caliber Studio Associates through effective networking, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training. Develop and promote quality candidates into progressive and meaningful positions through continuous succession planning
* Effectively motivate, manage, and mentor Associates by monitoring, evaluating, analyzing, and measuring performance and leadership competencies
* Monitor each Studio Associate to manage their performance in all key performance standards. Take appropriate action up to and including termination in consultation with Human Resources and direct supervisor
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively delivering high quality service while managing the established Portrait Studio photography standards and sales process
* Use technologies to service customers ? photographing subjects operating a digital camera, and manipulating digital images for customer presentation and sales
* Create, foster, and ensure a team culture focused on positive employee morale, exemplary photography, superior customer satisfaction, and strong sales results
* Create, foster, and ensure effective relationships with the District Manager, as well as within the Photos Unlimited Corporate Office, Host Store Management, and MallManagement
* Communicate, support, and execute corporate directives and stated goals
Serve as an inspiring and effective leader, exemplifying and promotingPhotos Unlimited
