BAR-B INN LTD Assiniboia Saskatchewan is looking for a Full-time Maintenance Manager
Salary is $34.65/hr based on 36-40 hr/wk with 5.9% paid vacation(Part-time is welcome)
Requirement:
-Completion of college program in mechanical or electrical engineering  related field or technical training combine  with building maintenance experience
-Prefer at least 2 years supervisory experience in facility maintenance field

Responsibilities:
-Manage Bar-B Inn maintenance department , administer contracts for supplies and service
-Oversees and assures the facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
-Keeps and updates equipment and facility records and procedures
-Direct the maintenance and repair if Bar-B inns machinery, equipment and mechanical system
-Develop and implement safety procedures and participate health committee
-Co-ordinate cleaning, snow removal and landscaping
-Plan and manage maintenance budget
-Hire and oversee training and supervising staffs

Candidate is willing to work on weekend or overtime , if it is required.
